In Studio Private Pilates

1:1 Pilates sessions in my North Pacific Beach studio located off the I-5. This light and airy San Diego Pilates Studio is fully equipped with a variety of Pilates equipment including a Pilates Reformer and more. The 50 minute sessions are individualized to your goals and tailored to your needs.

Virtual Pilates and Personal Training

Appointment based 1:1 online Pilates or Personal training customized to your body’s needs and goals. 45 minute sessions are taught over Google Meets video conferencing and utilize the equipment or props that you have.

  • Workout from the comfort and convenience of your home

  • Accountability through appointment based workouts

  • Personalized exercises crafted to your goals utilizing the equipment and props you own

  • In real time corrections, adjustments to form and explanations/answers to questions

    10 class package $850
